Free Shipping
We ship most orders via ground delivery within the continental United States. Rush orders, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international orders may incur additional shipping charges. (see below for saunas and air purifier delivery)

We strive to process and ship within 3 to 5 business days of your order.  To provide you with the best customer service possible, we try to maintain sufficient inventory to readily fill your requests. If your order is experiencing a delay, we will contact you via email to let you know our best estimate of when you will receive it.  

Saunas

Saunas are shipped via freight carrier and require customer contact telephone number for the freight carrier to schedule a delivery for 

Residential delivery brings the freight truck to a curbside delivery location that does not have a loading dock or forklift on site. This does not include lift gate service.

 

ALEKO Saunas: Shipping to delivery generally takes 7-20 business days 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Before signing delivery receipt, please inspect all packages when they arrive and note any and all damage on the receipt and sign for package. If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and call or text us at 888-505-5616 or email us at support@HeavenlySkinHQ.com.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date we ship it to you. Please email us at support@heavenlyskinhq.com and include your order number in the subject line.  In the body of the email please list the items you are returning or exchanging and your reason.

We will issue you a Return Authorization Code. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code! You may use the regular mail service, UPS or FedEx unless your order is shipped via a freight carrier. Carefully package your item to avoid damage and include all original packaging. We encourage you to purchase insurance on your return package as we cannot accept damaged goods unless it is the reason stated in your issued Return Authorization.  Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will credit your card for the full amount of your purchase less the cost of shipping.

Please include in your return package the original invoice along with your Return Authorization Code and mail it to the address provided when you received your Return Authorization Code.

If all original packaging is not returned; however unlikely, there may be a restocking fee.
